If your SOAR NCAA True Wireless Earbuds are not pairing with your device, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on: Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your device. On Android devices, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth and ensure it is turned on. On iOS devices, go to Settings > Bluetooth and toggle the switch to on.
2. Reset Bluetooth settings: On Android devices, you can try resetting the Bluetooth settings by going to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset Options > Reset Wi-fi, mobile, & Bluetooth. For iOS devices, you may need to unpair all devices first by going to Settings > Bluetooth, selecting the info icon next to each device, and selecting "Forget This Device." Then restart your phone or tablet.
3. Re-sync the earbuds: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are properly seated. Take them out of the case and try pairing again. Make sure the earbuds are in pairing mode by following the instructions in the manual.
4. Check for interference: Ensure there are no other Bluetooth devices nearby that may be causing interference. Move away from other devices or turn them off temporarily to see if it helps with the pairing process.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it is recommended to contact the SOAR customer support for further assistance. They will be able to provide specific troubleshooting steps or determine if there is a defect with the earbuds.
