To change the filter nets on the FiiO FH7 headphones, follow these steps:
1. Turn the filter nets counterclockwise to remove them.
2. Select the Left and Right side filter nets of the same color that you desire.
3. Turn the filter nets clockwise to twist the rubber aprons until they are slightly out of shape.
4. Attach the new filter nets by turning them clockwise until they are securely in place.
