To ensure a proper fit and optimal sound quality, follow these steps:
1. Test each eartip: The W10 earphones come with True-Fit comfort-foam and patented Star silicone ear tips in various sizes. It's important to find the eartip that fits and feels comfortable for you. Start by selecting the largest tip that you can still wear comfortably. You may even require a different size tip for each ear.
2. Insert the earphones: Make sure the left earpiece is worn on the left ear and the right earpiece is placed on the right ear. The designated earpieces should be worn with the cable pointing in front of you and wrapping around to the rear of your ear. This helps secure the earphones in place and provides a better seal.
3. Achieve a proper seal: It's crucial to have a complete seal between the eartip and your ear canal.
