To connect the Samsung HW-S60T soundbar to your TV, you can use either a Bluetooth or an optical cable connection. Here's how to do it:
1. Bluetooth Connection:
- Make sure your TV has Bluetooth capability.
- On the soundbar, press the "Source" button on the remote control or the soundbar itself until "BT" (Bluetooth) appears on the display.
- On your TV, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Select the Samsung HW-S60T from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the sound from your TV will be played through the soundbar.
2. Optical Cable Connection:
- Locate the optical audio output on your TV.
- Connect one end of the optical cable to the optical audio output on your TV.
- Connect the other end of the optical cable to the optical input on the soundbar.
- On the soundbar, press the "Source" button on the remote control or the soundbar itself until "D.IN" (Digital Input) appears on the display.
- Set your TV's audio output to "Optical" or "Digital Audio Out" in the TV settings.
- The sound from your TV will now be played through the soundbar.
