If the battery is completely dead, it may take several hours to fully charge the Goal Zero Rock Out 2 Solar Rechargeable Speaker. It is recommended to leave it plugged in overnight and see if that will do it. Make sure you are using the provided USB cable to charge the speaker. If the battery is completely dead, it might take a little bit for it to "wake up" and start showing the blinking charging lights. If the LED charge indicators are not on while you are attempting to charge or you can't turn on the speaker, the internal battery may be dead. In that case, you may need to contact Goal Zero for further assistance or consider sending it back if it is still under warranty.
