To update the firmware on the RadioMaster TX16S Mark II MAX Edition, you have two options: online upgrade via USB-C or offline upgrade using an SD card. Here are the steps for each method:
Online Upgrade:
1. Connect the TX16S to your computer using the provided USB-C cable.
2. Make sure the radio is turned on and fully booted up.
3. Open the firmware update software on your computer (e.g., OpenTX Companion).
4. Follow the software instructions to detect and connect to the TX16S.
5. Once connected, the software will prompt you to update the firmware. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Offline Upgrade:
1. Download the latest firmware file for the RadioMaster TX16S from the official website or forum.
2. Copy the firmware file to the root directory of an SD card.
3. Insert the SD card into the TX16S.
4. Turn on the TX16S while holding the "ENT" button to enter the bootloader mode.
5. The TX16S will detect the firmware file on the SD card and prompt you to update. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
