To pair your Plantronics Voyager 4220 headset with your devices, please follow these steps:
1. Pairing with a smartphone:
a. Slide and hold the headset Power switch away from the off position until the LEDs flash red and blue.
b. On your smartphone, go to the Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
c. Select "Voyager 4220" from the list of available devices.
d. If prompted, enter the passkey or PIN (usually "0000" or "1234") to complete the pairing process.
2. Pairing with a desk phone:
a. Ensure that your desk phone is compatible with the headset and supports Bluetooth connectivity.
b. Connect the electronic hookswitch cable (EHS cable) or HL10 lifter (if available) to your desk phone and the headset base.
c. Follow the instructions provided with the EHS cable or HL10 lifter to enable remote call control with your headset.
3. Pairing with a computer:
a. On your computer, go to the Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
b. Slide and hold the headset Power switch away from the off position until the LEDs flash red and blue.
c. Select "Voyager 4220" from the list of available devices.
d. If prompted, enter the passkey or PIN (usually "0000" or "1234") to complete the pairing process.
Note: Your headset can pair with up to 8 devices but can only maintain 2 connections simultaneously, including the base.
