To pair the Candywirez Hi-Fi Jelly Series Wireless Neon Yellow Earbuds with your phone, please follow these steps:
1. Put your earbuds in pairing mode by turning them on. You can do this by pressing and holding the MFB (Multi-Function Button) on the earbuds until the LED indicator starts flashing blue and red.
2. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings. This can usually be found in the settings menu or the quick settings panel.
3. In the Bluetooth settings, make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
4. Your phone will start scanning for available Bluetooth devices. Look for the name of your Candywirez earbuds in the list of available devices.
5. Once you see the name of your earbuds, tap on it to connect. Your phone may prompt you to enter a pairing code, but usually, this is not required for most devices.
6. After successfully pairing, the LED indicator on the earbuds will turn solid blue, indicating that they are connected to your phone.
If the earbuds are still not connecting to your phone, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure the earbuds are fully charged. Low battery levels can sometimes cause connection issues. Charge the earbuds using the included charging case and try pairing again.
2. Restart your phone and try pairing again. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
3. If possible, try pairing the earbuds with a different phone or device to see if the issue is specific to your phone.
