To connect the SOAR NCAA Bluetooth On-Ear Headphones to your phone, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the headphones by long-pressing the multipurpose button on the chosen side of the device for 5 seconds. The red and blue indicator lights will flash alternately.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone. On an Android device, pull down the phone's top shade, then long-press the Bluetooth icon. This will take you to the Bluetooth menu, where you can enable it and start looking for devices. On an iOS or iPadOS device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure it is turned on.
3. Look for the device named "QDSLTMC12B" in the list of available Bluetooth devices on your phone. Once you find it, tap on it to pair the headphones. The blue indicator light on the headphones will flash to indicate a successful pairing.
If you are still unable to connect the headphones to your phone, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure the headphones are within the wireless range of your phone (30 ft).
- Restart both your phone and the headphones.
- If you have previously paired the headphones with another device, make sure to unpair them from that device before attempting to pair them with your phone.
- Check if your phone's Bluetooth is working properly by connecting it to other Bluetooth devices.
If you continue to experience difficulties, please refer to the user guide or contact the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance.
