To connect the Aperion Audio DST Super Tweeter Speaker Pair to your existing speakers, you need to place the super tweeters on top of the speakers and connect them in parallel to the terminals of the speakers. This can be done by using the adjustment features on the rear panel of the super tweeters. It is recommended to experiment and find the optimal crossover point and output level for integration with your speakers. The super tweeters have 5 preset crossover points (8kHz, 10kHz, 12kHz, 14kHz, 16kHz) and a treble adjust xxxx with five output attenuation options (-5dB, -4dB, -3dB, -2dB, -1dB, 0dB). Start by setting the crossover point to 12kHz and adjust to your preference from there. If the output of the super tweeters is too high, you can use the treble adjust xxxx to reduce the level.
