To set up your Nintendo 2DS handheld gaming system for the first time, please follow these steps:
1. Power on the device: Press and hold the power button located on the right side of the system until the screens turn on.
2. Language selection: Use the Control Pad to highlight your preferred language, then press the A button to confirm.
3. Region selection: Use the Control Pad to highlight your region, then press the A button to confirm.
4. Date and time settings: Use the Control Pad to adjust the date and time, then press the A button to confirm.
