To connect the Sylvania SRC831 turntable to external speakers, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Check if your turntable has a built-in preamp: If your turntable has a built-in preamp, the setup will be quite simple. You just need to plug the RCA input side of your cable into the turntable and the 3.5mm side of your cable into your external speakers (e.g., Bluetooth speakers) to connect your turntable to your house speakers.
2. Grounding the turntable without a receiver: If your turntable doesn't have a grounding terminal, you can still ground it using a set of needle-nose pliers. Position and hold the wire in place, then cut the wire you need to ground the turntable. Use gaffer tape to secure the wire in place.
