Sure! Here are the step-by-step instructions for installing the Wolo (350) Wolf Whistle Electronic Horn:
1. Mounting:
- Locate a dry and safe area in the engine compartment away from the exhaust manifold heat.
- Mount the speaker with the opening facing downward to prevent dirt and water from entering.
- Use the mounting bracket as a template and mark the hole locations.
- Drill three 1/8" holes and secure the speaker with the provided screws.
2. Wiring:
- Connect the red wire to the positive (+) 12-volt source, such as the battery or alternator.
- Connect the black wire to the horn switch.
- Connect the other terminal of the horn switch to a good ground connection on the vehicle's body. Ensure the ground connection is free of rust and paint.
- Install a 3-amp fuse in the horn's electrical circuit to protect the vehicle.
3. Testing:
- Once the installation is complete, test the horn to ensure it is functioning properly.
