To set the date and time on your Canon PowerShot SD1400IS digital camera, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the camera by pressing the power button.
2. Press the Menu button to access the menu options.
3. Use the arrow buttons (up, down, left, right) to navigate to the Setup menu, which is represented by a wrench icon.
4. Press the Func./Set button to enter the Setup menu.
5. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the Date/Time option.
6. Press the Func./Set button to enter the Date/Time settings.
7. Use the arrow buttons to select the desired date format (YYYY/MM/DD, MM/DD/YYYY, or DD/MM/YYYY).
8. Press the Func./Set button to confirm the date format selection.
9. Use the arrow buttons to set the year, month, day, hour, and minute.
10. Press the Func./Set button after each selection to confirm and move to the next option.
11. Once you have set the date and time, press the Menu button to exit the menu.
