To adjust the headband on the Philips Audio SHP6000/10 Hi-Fi Stereo Over Ear Headphones, follow these steps:
1. Hold the headphones with one hand and locate the headband adjustment mechanism on the top of the headband.
2. Gently pull the headband adjustment mechanism upwards to extend the headband.
3. Place the headphones on your head and adjust the headband length by sliding the adjustment mechanism up or down until you achieve a comfortable fit.
4. Once you have found the desired fit, release the adjustment mechanism to secure the headband in place.
