To program the Emgykit Emergency NOAA Weather Alert Radio with S.A.M.E. Localized Programming, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the SET button until you hear a beep. The current channel (CH1-7) will start flashing.
2. Press the SET button to enable the broadcast audio. The NOAA indicator will be visible.
3. To manually change the station, press the e or d button.
4. Press the SET button to confirm the chosen channel number. The time and alarm will start flashing.
5. To return to the default display, either keep holding down the SET button or click the SET button.
