There could be a few reasons why your robotic vacuum is not suctioning properly. One possibility is that the filter is blocked or worn out. To clean the filter, remove the bin by pressing the bin release button. Then press and lift the filter door release tab and remove the filter by grasping the yellow tab. Clean the filter by tapping it against your trash container. Make sure to reinstall the filter correctly by pressing in the metal filter lever and pushing the filter down. If the filter is not installed correctly, the filter door will not close, affecting the suction power of the vacuum.
Another reason for the loss of suction could be dirty sensors. Clean the bumper with a dry cloth and flip the vacuum over to clean the two charging contacts and three drop sensors. Use a dry cloth to clean them, avoiding the use of any liquids.
If the issue persists after cleaning the filter and sensors, it is recommended to contact the GadgetCenter customer support for further assistance.
