To connect the Avantree HF049 headphones to your TV, you will need to use the included AUX 3.5mm cable. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Locate the headphone jack on your TV. It is usually labeled "Audio Out" or "Headphone Out."
2. Plug one end of the AUX 3.5mm cable into the headphone jack on your TV.
3. Plug the other end of the AUX 3.5mm cable into the port on the headphones labeled "AUX."
4. Turn on your TV and make sure the volume is set to a reasonable level.
5. Put on the headphones and adjust the volume using the volume control on your TV remote.
Note: If your TV does not have a headphone jack, you can use an audio adapter (included in the box) to connect the headphones to the TV's RCA audio output.
