To adjust the volume on the Kensington USB Mono Headset with Mic and Volume Control, you can use the volume control feature on your computer. Here's how:
1. On your computer, locate the sound icon in the taskbar (usually at the bottom right corner of the screen). It may look like a speaker or a sound wave symbol.
2. Click on the sound icon to open the sound settings menu.
3. In the sound settings menu, you should see an option to adjust the volume. It may be represented by a slider or a numerical value.
4. Use the slider or adjust the numerical value to increase or decrease the volume of the headset.
Note: Make sure that the USB headset is selected as the default audio output device in the sound settings menu. If it is not selected, click on the drop-down menu and choose the USB headset as the output device.
