The KEF Q350 Bookshelf Speakers do not have a built-in amplifier, so you cannot connect them directly to a computer. You will need a stereo receiver or an amplifier to power the speakers. Here are the steps to connect the speakers to a computer:
1. Connect the stereo receiver or amplifier to your computer using an appropriate audio cable. This could be a 3.5mm to RCA cable, a USB audio interface, or an HDMI cable, depending on the available connections on your computer and the receiver/amplifier.
2. Connect the KEF Q350 Bookshelf Speakers to the stereo receiver or amplifier using speaker wire. Make sure to connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on the speakers to the corresponding terminals on the receiver/amplifier.
3. Turn on the stereo receiver or amplifier and set the input source to the one you have connected your computer to.
4. Adjust the volume on the stereo receiver or amplifier to the desired level.
5. Play audio on your computer, and the sound will be reproduced through the KEF Q350 Bookshelf Speakers.
