To connect your Dell 163TJ 1610HD projector to a laptop or PC, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure your laptop or PC has an HDMI port. If not, you may need to use an adapter to convert the video output to HDMI.
2. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on your laptop or PC.
3. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on your Dell 163TJ 1610HD projector.
4. Turn on your laptop or PC.
5. Turn on your Dell 163TJ 1610HD projector by removing the lens cap and connecting the power cord to an electrical socket.
6. On your laptop or PC, go to the display settings. This can usually be done by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting "Display settings" or "Graphics options."
7. In the display settings, select the option to detect external displays or projectors. This may be labeled as "Detect" or "Identify."
8. Your laptop or PC should now detect the Dell 163TJ 1610HD projector and display options for how you want to use it. You can choose to duplicate your screen, extend your screen, or use the projector as the primary display.
9. Select the desired display option and adjust any additional settings, such as resolution or screen orientation.
10. The screen from your laptop or PC should now be projected onto the Dell 163TJ 1610HD projector.
Note: If you encounter any issues or the projector does not display anything, make sure the HDMI cable is securely connected and try restarting both your laptop or PC and the projector.
