According to the operational guide, the Klipsch KHORNCPAIR speakers can now be toed in or out to obtain the best imaging. While the speakers no longer have to be flush to the corner, Klipsch still recommends placing them in the proximity of a corner for improved low-frequency performance. It is suggested to place the speakers about two to three feet away from the wall. The bass response can be affected by the proximity to the wall, so it is recommended to experiment by moving the speakers around an inch or two at a time until you achieve the best sound quality.
