To connect the Edifier S760D Home Speaker System to your audio source, follow these steps:
1. Identify the type of audio source you have (PC sound card, DVD/MP3/MP4 player, etc.).
2. Choose the appropriate input connector port on the rear panel of the subwoofer based on your audio source:
- Optical input: Press the "INPUT" button on the wired controller until the LCD displays "OPT11" or press the "OPT11" key on the remote control. Connect the "OPT11" connector port to your audio source using a fiber optic cable.
- Coaxial input: Press the "INPUT" button on the wired controller until the LCD displays "COX" or press the "COX" key on the remote control. Connect the "COX" connector port to your audio source using a coaxial cable.
- CD input: Press the "INPUT" button on the wired controller until the LCD displays "CD" or press the "CD" key on the remote control. Connect the "CD" connector ports to your CD player using an audio connecting cable.
- 5.1 input: Press the "INPUT" button on the wired controller or the "5.1 CH" key on the remote control until the LCD displays "5.1 CH". Connect the "5.1 CH" connector ports to your device using a 3.5mm-dual RCA audio cable.
- AUX input: Press the "INPUT" button on the wired controller until the LCD displays "AUX" or press the "AUX" key on the remote control. Connect the "AUX" connector ports to your audio source (MP3/MP4 player, etc.) using an audio connecting cable.
3. Play the music on your connected audio source and adjust the settings to your desired level using the function dial/master volume dial on the wired controller or the remote control.
Note: Make sure the system is powered off when connecting speakers. Before powering off the speaker, press the power button to set the speaker to standby mode, and then turn off the system at the master power switch.
