To clean the lens of the Panasonic DMP-BDT371 Blu-Ray player, you can use a lens cleaner (not supplied). Here are the steps to clean the lens:
1. Make sure the Blu-Ray player is turned off and unplugged from the power source.
2. Open the disc tray by pressing the "Open/Close" button on the player or the remote control.
3. Gently wipe the lens with the lens cleaner using a soft, lint-free cloth. Make sure to follow the instructions provided with the lens cleaner.
4. After cleaning the lens, close the disc tray.
5. Plug the Blu-Ray player back into the power source and turn it on.
6. Test the player with a disc to see if the issue has been resolved.
