To pair your JVC Soft Wireless Earbuds with your device, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the Bluetooth device (e.g., smartphone) is within one meter of the earbuds.
2. On your Bluetooth device, enable the Bluetooth pairing mode.
3. Press and hold the button on both earbuds for about 7 seconds or until the red and blue indicators alternately flash.
4. On your Bluetooth device, search for available devices and select "JVC HA-A17T" from the list.
5. Once the earbuds are successfully paired, they will turn on automatically when removed from the charging case.
If you are still experiencing difficulties with the pairing process, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Reset the pairing by erasing the pairing data from the Bluetooth device list on your device.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth feature on your device and then turn it back on.
3. Repeat the pairing process from step 1.
