To connect the Qisebin E9 Active Noise Cancelling Headphones to your device via Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on your Qisebin E9 headphones by pressing the power button located on the right earcup.
2. Make sure your device's Bluetooth function is turned on.
3. On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
4. Select "Qisebin E9" from the list of available devices.
