To connect your media players to the Onkyo HT-S5800 Home Theater Package, follow these steps:
1. Locate the HDMI inputs on the back of the HT-R494 A/V receiver.
2. Connect your media player(s) to the HDMI inputs using HDMI cables.
3. Connect the HDMI output of the receiver to your TV using another HDMI cable.
4. Make sure your media player(s) and TV are turned off.
5. Turn on the HT-S5800 Home Theater Package and your TV.
6. Use the TV remote to select the HDMI input that is connected to the receiver.
7. You should now see the video from your media player(s) on your TV screen.
