To reset the wireless earbuds, please follow these steps:
1. Remove any instances of "y41" from your phone's Bluetooth menus and turn off Bluetooth.
2. Correctly insert both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
3. Remove both earphones from the charging case.
4. Quickly double-tap both earbuds simultaneously to pair them.
5. At this point, remove both earbuds from the charging case and turn on Bluetooth on your device to pair with your Y41 earbuds.
