To connect the FANGOR 60W Sound Bar to your TV, you have several options depending on the available connectivity on your TV. Here are the step-by-step instructions for each connection method:
1. HDMI(ARC) Connection:
- Ensure that your TV has an HDMI(ARC) port.
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI(ARC) port on your TV and the other end to the HDMI(ARC) port on the soundbar.
- On your TV, go to the Audio/Sound Settings and select Audio/Speaker Output as HDMI ARC.
- Set the audio format to PCM.
2. SPDIF Connection:
- Ensure that your TV has an SPDIF (optical) port.
- Connect one end of the optical cable to the SPDIF port on your TV and the other end to the SPDIF port on the soundbar.
- On your TV, go to the Audio/Sound Settings and select Audio/Speaker Output as Optical.
- Set the audio format to PCM.
3. Bluetooth Connection:
- Power on the soundbar and it will automatically enter Bluetooth Mode.
- On your TV, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Select the "S20" device from the list and pair it with your TV.
- Adjust the volume on both the TV remote and the soundbar itself for synchronized volume control.
Note: If you are using a Fire Stick, follow the same Bluetooth connection steps mentioned above but select "Other Bluetooth Devices" in the Fire Stick's Controllers & Bluetooth Devices menu.
It is important to note that for optimal sound quality, HDMI(ARC) connections are recommended over optical connections. Additionally, if the sound is not loud enough, try increasing the volume on both the soundbar, TV, and any connected devices such as smartphones or Fire Stick/Roku Stick. You can also adjust the sound mode using the MOVIE/MUSIC/DIALOGUE button on the remote for better sound optimization.
