To connect your laptop to the NEC VT590 XGA Projector, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the projector is turned on and properly set up.
2. Locate the HDMI input on the projector. It should be labeled as "HDMI" or have an HDMI icon next to it.
3. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI output port on your laptop.
4. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI input on the projector.
