To adjust the height of the Mounting Dream Height Adjustable Speaker Stands, follow these steps:
1. Unscrew and extend the adjusting tube (C) to the desired height.
2. Once you have reached the desired height, tighten the adjusting tube (C) to secure it in place.
3. Repeat this process for both speaker stands to ensure they are adjusted to the same height.
