To turn on the Fluke 1AC-II Non-Contact Voltage Tester, follow these steps:
1. Locate the green button on the tester.
2. Press the green button momentarily.
3. Listen for a double beep, which confirms that the tester has been activated.
4. The tester will now display a continual VoltBeat flash, indicating that it is active and ready for use.
Please note that the VoltBeat feature is a self-test feature that provides visual confirmation of battery and system integrity and power on. It provides a double-flash every two seconds during normal operation.
