To install the batteries in the VTech 80-180900 Lil’ Critters Soothing Starlight Hippo, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
2. Locate the battery cover on the bottom of the hippo. Use a screwdriver to loosen the xxxx .
3. Install 2 new ‘AA’ (AM-4/LR03) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. It is recommended to use new alkaline batteries for maximum performance.
4. Replace the battery cover and tighten the xxxx to secure the battery cover.
Please refer to the User Manual for visual instructions and diagrams.
Note: It is important to use the correct type of batteries and insert them with the correct polarity. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended for use with this product.
