To use the Fluke LVD2 Non-Contact Voltage Tester, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you are a competent person and have knowledge about the risks involved in measuring voltage.
2. Before using the tester, make sure to read and understand all the safety information provided in the manual.
3. Check the batteries: Make sure the batteries are installed correctly and are not depleted. Replace them if necessary.
