To charge the JANNIRESS RS99-23 Electric Gel Ball Blaster, follow these steps:
1. Unpack the blaster and locate the USB wire that came with it.
2. Connect one end of the USB wire to the charging port on the blaster.
3. Plug the other end of the USB wire into a compatible power source, such as a USB wall adapter or a computer's USB port.
4. Ensure that the power source is turned on and supplying power.
5. The blaster's indicator light should turn on, indicating that it is charging.
6. Allow the blaster to charge fully. The charging time may vary, but it is recommended to charge it for at least 2-3 hours.
