To adjust the headband on the Elecder i39 headphones, follow these steps:
1. Hold the headphones with one hand and locate the headband.
2. Gently pull the headband upwards or downwards to adjust the size.
3. Release the headband once you have found the desired fit.
4. Make sure the headband is evenly adjusted on both sides for optimal comfort.
