To charge the VIPERTEK VTS-979 Rechargeable Stun Gun, follow these steps:
1. Unpack the stun gun and locate the USB charging cable that came with it.
2. Connect one end of the USB cable to the charging port on the stun gun.
3. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB power source, such as a computer USB port or a wall adapter.
4. Ensure that the safety switch on the stun gun is in the "off" position before charging.
5. Allow the stun gun to charge fully before using it for the first time. The charging time may vary, but it is recommended to charge it for several hours to ensure a full charge.
6. While charging, the LED indicator on the stun gun may light up or flash to indicate that it is charging.
7. Once fully charged, disconnect the USB cable from the stun gun and the power source.
Note: It is important to regularly charge the stun gun to ensure it is always ready for use. If you do not use the stun gun frequently, it is still recommended to charge it periodically to maintain the battery's performance.
