To charge the VIPERTEK VTS-989 Rechargeable Stun Gun, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the safety switch is in the "off" position before touching the stun gun.
2. Locate the charging port on the stun gun. It is usually located on the bottom or side of the device.
3. Plug the charger that came with the stun gun into a standard wall outlet.
4. Insert the other end of the charger into the charging port of the stun gun.
5. The LED indicator on the charger should turn on, indicating that the stun gun is charging.
6. Allow the stun gun to charge for the recommended time. Refer to the user manual for specific charging times.
7. Once fully charged, unplug the charger from the wall outlet and disconnect it from the stun gun.
8. The stun gun is now ready to use. Remember to turn the safety switch to the "on" position before using it.
