To pair your Drop + Grell TWS1X Wireless Audiophile IEM with your mobile phone, follow these steps:
1. Open the charging case, and the earphones will power up automatically.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and scan for available devices.
3. Select "STX-EVT" from the Bluetooth device list and tap to connect. Once paired, the earphones will be added to the paired device list.
4. In the future, when you power up the earphones, they will automatically connect to the last paired device.
If the initial pairing fails, you can try manually pairing the earphones by following these steps:
1. Delete or ignore the earphones from the Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone.
2. Wear the earbuds and tap and hold both surfaces for 3 seconds until you hear a "pairing" sound.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and scan for available devices.
4. Select "STX01-EVT" from the scan list and tap to pair.
5. Once paired, the earphones will be added to the paired device list and connected.
6. In the future, the earphones will automatically connect to the last paired device.
If you continue to experience connection issues, you can reset the earphones to factory settings and try pairing again:
1. Delete or ignore the earphones from the Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone.
2. Tap and hold both surfaces of the earphones for more than 10 seconds to reset the pairing information.
