To pair the Plantronics BackBeat FIT 350 wireless headphones with your device, follow these steps:
1. Power on the headphones by pressing the Center button until you hear "pairing" and the LED light flashes red and blue.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your phone. On an iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth > On. On an Android device, go to Settings > Bluetooth > On > Scan.
3. Search for new devices on your phone's Bluetooth settings.
4. Select "PLT BBFIT350 Series" from the list of available devices.
5. If prompted, enter the passcode "0000" or accept the connection.
6. Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the indicator light on the headphones will stop flashing.

Note: You can connect up to 2 devices to your headset.
