To adjust the headband on the POWMEE P20 Kids Headphones, follow these steps:
1. Hold the headphones with one hand and locate the headband adjustment mechanism on the top of the headband.
2. Gently pull or push the headband to adjust the length according to your head size.
3. Release the adjustment mechanism to lock the headband in place.
4. Repeat the process if further adjustment is needed.
