To set the alarm on the RCA Alarm Clock Radio with NOAA Weather Alerts, follow these steps:
1. Slide the ALARM OFF/ALARM ON/ALARM SET/TIME SET switch to the ALARM SET position. The AL indicator will appear.
2. Press the HR button to set the hour for the alarm. The clock is in a 12-hour format, and the PM indicator will appear for showing a PM time.
3. Press the MIN button to set the minute for the alarm.
4. Slide the ALARM OFF/ALARM ON/ALARM SET/TIME SET switch to the ALARM OFF position to confirm and exit the alarm setting mode.
Once the alarm is set, you can turn it on or off by sliding the ALARM OFF/ALARM ON/ALARM SET/TIME SET switch to the respective positions.
