The Pyle PWRC83 Ceiling and Wall Mount Speaker is designed for easy installation. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Cut the drywall: Ensure that there is at least half an inch of space between the wall stud and the speaker cutout to allow the locking tabs to swivel into place.
2. Separate the frame: Unscrew the two screws to separate the frame assembly.
3. Place the frame assembly in the wall: Position the frame assembly in the desired location on the wall.
4. Secure the frame: xxxx down each of the six Phillips screws to secure the frame to the rear surface of the drywall. The locking tabs will swivel into place.
5. Connect the speaker wires: Connect the speaker wires to the speaker terminals. Ensure that the wires are securely connected.
6. Secure the grille: Place the strips of adhesive provided to secure the grille in place.
7. Attach the metal grille: Place the metal grille over the speaker and align it with the frame.
8. Adjust the tweeter position: After installing the speaker grille, gently press on the mesh of the tweeter to adjust its position.
