To pair the Coioc Wireless Earbuds, follow these steps:
1. Delete the Bluetooth pairing information for the earbuds on your phone.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid to charge them.
3. After 20 seconds, take out the earbuds and try pairing them again.
If you encounter common issues, here are some troubleshooting steps:
1. If there is no sound from one earbud, try clicking the right earbud to increase the volume.
2. If one of the earbuds is not charging, clean the charging contacts of both the earbuds and the charging case.
3. If one of the earbuds is not connecting, reset the earbuds by following the instructions in the manual.
4. If you're still unable to solve the problem, please contact Coioc customer support for further assistance.
