To connect the Microsoft Surface Headphones 2 to your device, follow these steps:
1. On your iOS or Android smartphone, open the Surface app.
2. Go to Account > Surface Headphones.
3. Once your Surface Headphones are connected, the volume level will be displayed under Volume level.
4. To adjust the volume, tap on Volume level and drag the slider to the desired level.
If you are using the Surface USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Adapter, follow these steps:
1. Connect the 3.5mm connection of the adapter to the headphone jack of your 3.5mm accessories.
2. Connect the USB-C connector of the adapter to the USB-C port on your Surface device.
3. The adapter will be set up and ready to use instantly.
