To pair the earbuds with your device, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure the earbuds are charged. Connect the charging cable to the charging connection on the back of the charging case and the other end to a USB power source. When the power indicator light on each earbud turns off, it means they are fully charged.
Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on your device. On an Android device, pull down the shade from the top of the phone and long-press the Bluetooth symbol. This will take you to the Bluetooth menu where you can switch it on and search for devices.
Step 3: Press and hold the power button on both earbuds for around 15 seconds until the LED flashes blue.
Step 4: Once connected, the LED on the left earbud will flash blue twice every 5 seconds, while the LED on the right earbud will alternate between flashing blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
Step 5: On your device, you should see the name of the earbuds in the list of available devices. Tap on the name of the headphones you're trying to pair to complete the pairing process.
If you are still unable to pair the earbuds with your device, please refer to the user manual for further troubleshooting steps or contact the manufacturer's customer support for assistance.
