To reset your PHILIPS Pro Wired Earbuds, please follow these steps:
1. Turn off the Bluetooth function on your device.
2. Place both earpieces back into their charging cases.
3. Wait for the white LED lights on both earpieces to start flashing.
4. Press and hold the function buttons on both earpieces for 4 seconds or until the white LED on the earpiece flashes twice.
By following these steps, you will be able to reset your PHILIPS Pro Wired Earbuds. After the reset, you can try pairing them again with your device to see if the issues you were experiencing have been resolved.
