To reset your Meta Portal Go, follow these steps:
1. Plug your Portal back in while pressing and holding both the Volume Down and Volume Up keys.
2. Hold the keys for a total of 10 seconds.
3. Your Portal will factory reset in 10 seconds, as indicated by an on-screen warning.
Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all data and settings on your Meta Portal Go, so make sure to back up any important information before proceeding with the reset.
