To pair the T12 wireless earbuds with your phone, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Remove the charging case cover.
3. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and select "T12" from the list of available devices.
4. Once the earbuds are successfully connected to your phone, you can remove them from the charging case and start using them.
For more detailed instructions, please refer to the User Manual included in the package.
Note: If you're having trouble pairing the earbuds or if they can't connect to your device, you can try resetting them. Delete the "T12" earbuds device from the Bluetooth list on your phone. Then, remove both earphones from the charging case and follow the Power off - Method 2 instructions in the User Manual. After that, long press the Multifunction Button (MFB) of both earbuds for 15 seconds until there are orange and white lights flashing for 1 second, indicating that they have powered off automatically. After 2 seconds, double press the MFB on both earbuds, and the two earbuds will connect to each other. Both LED lights will alternately flicker orange and white when they have been successfully linked. Please reconnect after the reset.
