To assemble the handle of the Stanley SL18910P-3 3-Gallon Wet-Dry Vacuum, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the handle (Part A) and the corresponding holes on the top cover (Part 3) of the vacuum.
2. Align the holes on the handle with the holes on the top cover.
3. Insert the handle into the holes on the top cover.
4. Push the handle firmly until it is securely attached to the top cover.
5. Ensure that the handle is straight and properly aligned with the vacuum.
